Q: Which forms of payment do you accept?
A: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not recommend using a Debit card on our site.

Q: How long does it take for a charge to appear on my credit card?
A: Charges may take up to 5 days to appear on your credit card. An Authorization for the full amount of the transaction will be placed on your credit card at the time of purchase. The credit card will only be charged after the items have been shipped.

Q: Is my credit card information secure?
A: The Patty Kim Shop online ordering process that involves credit card information employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Your order is as safe online as it is in our stores.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Pattykimshop.com is required by law to charge applicable sales tax for orders. Sales tax will be charged to orders shipped to: AL, CA, CO, CT, DE, D.C., FL, GA, KY, IL, MA, MD, MI, MO, MN, MS, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA. Tax will be calculated at time of checkout and will be included in your order summary.



Q: What is the status of my order?
A: You will receive an order confirmation via email after your order is placed. You will then receive an email with the UPS tracking number once the order ships. If items are shipped separately, you will receive an email with a tracking number for each shipment. Tracking numbers can also be found by logging into my account. From there you can click the tracking number for the progress of your shipment.

Q: How do I change an order before it has shipped?

A: Please email customer service at customerservice@pattykimshop.com and in the subject line write "CHANGE IN MY ORDER" and be sure to include your order number, first and last name and phone number. We will help you through the process of creating a new order.

Q: What happens if an item from my order is out of stock?
A: If an item from your order is out of stock you will receive an email notification. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Free shipping on all the orders over $200 or more, just select UPS or USPS.




We want you to be happy when you open your order.
If your expectations are not met, you can return unworn items within 12 days of the shipment date. We will gladly refund or offer merchandise credit in accordance with our below policy.

For all returns please ensure items being mailed back are in original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, tags intact, and packaging material present.

Returns made within 12 days of the order delivery date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. 

If you have received damaged or defective merchandise please do not worry, we will be glad to replace that item for you.  Simply give us a call at (201) 472-8563, Monday - Friday, 10 am to 5 pm (CST) and we will be happy to resolve the issue.

NOTE: Items purchased during the Final Sale periods and monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
